Swiss Chalet Combines Chicken & Ice Cream in One Bun, Canada
The Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Ice Cream Sandwich is available in select Swiss Chalet stores (dine-in only) across Canada this summer.
Available to order until August 7th, Swiss Chalet fans will be able to order the new limited-edition menu item which contains an all-white meat Canadian chicken breast tossed in a hot glaze, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream drizzled in honey and sandwiched between a toasted bun. Consumers can order Swiss Chalet meals online via the Swiss Chalet website.

Nuii by Froneri Picks Pistachios & Cream for New Launch, Italy
Pistachios from the region of Anatolia are one of the tasty ingredients in Nuii’s new Pistachio & Cream Ice Cream Bar.
Combining white chocolate, cream, toasted pistachios, and crunchy wafer pieces, the new launch by Froneri can be found in various Italian supermarkets in multipacks (4 x 71g) for approximately €4.70 ($ 4.81 USD) and individually as 90ml bars.

Killer Creamery Launches Two New Decadent Pint Flavours, USA
Zero sugar ice cream brand Killer Creamery have launched two new flavours this summer. The first flavour, Quadruple Chocolate, features an incredible four types of chocolate along with creamy chocolate ice cream, fudgy swirls, brownie chunks, and dark chocolate chips.
The second, Brown Butter Pecan, is a great taste sensation of salty and sweet containing butter-toasted pecans, and sweet ice cream. Both pints contain 0g sugar and less than 200g calories per serving.

Waffles Replace Biscuit in Maxibon’s Newest Launch, Australia
This summer we see a first in the Maxibon world as the brand replaces their biscuit with two golden waffles to form the new ‘Maxibon Waffle On’ in the Australian market.
Two waffles will sandwich a sweet vanilla ice cream block with caramelised sugar bits, and a caramel white chocolate other half with hazelnuts and cookie crumbs. The product has been available in Australian freezers for $4.50 AUD (€3.09 / $3.16 USD) since July 18th at all major supermarkets and convenience stores.
Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae by 16 Handles & Junior’s Ice Cream, USA
Artisan frozen dessert store 16 Handles, and Junior’s Cheesecake Restaurant have joined forces to design a delicious new cheesecake ice cream for US consumers.
The new ice cream flavour which can be ordered with toppings from Junior’s, including their Macaroon Crunch, strawberry sauce, and vanilla wafers, will be available to purchase exclusively at 16 Handles stores throughout the summer months. A small (6oz) version is priced at $6.95 USD (€6.79) before toppings added.

Granny Gothard’s Floral-Flavoured Ice Creams, UK
In honour of the Chelsea Flower Show this summer, artisan ice cream producer, Granny Gothards marked the occasion with a special selection of floral-flavoured ice creams including rosewater, lavender, orange blossom, and elderflower. All flavours were available in 2.5lt scooping containers with the lavender flavour also available in 100ml pots. UK consumers can order online from their website.

Granny Gothard’s Design British Brands-Inspired Ice Cream Range with Anya Hindmarch, UK
A second feature for Granny Gothard in this What’s New edition, this summer the brand also teamed up with British Designer Anya Hindmarch to craft a range of speciality ice creams for her new London pop up store - The Ice Cream Project!
The ice cream range features a selection of well-known British brands and typical cupboard products such as Kellogg’s Coco Pops, Heinz Tomato Ketchup & Heinz Baked Beans ice cream, Kikkoman Soy Sauce ice cream, and more! The iconic pints are hand-crafted in Devon (UK), and customers can choose to order by the scoop to dine-in or in 500ml tubs for takeaway. The London store will only be open until August 28th. Gelateria Bilisan's Chicken-Flavoured Ice Cream, Croatia
Croatian ice cream parlour, Gelateria Bilisan have created a new chicken-flavoured ice cream which they claim to be a world-first flavour. Located in Split, the new limited-edition flavour is dividing those who try it with some customers loving the new flavour, and others who are not so keen. What do you think?
