Van Leeuwen was feeling festive earlier this month, too. To celebrate National Piña Colada Day (July 10), the brand collaborated with Discover Puerto Rico to develop an authentic Pina Colada Ice Cream. The limited-edition flavor combines Van Leeuwen ice cream with the legacy of Puerto Rico's beloved cocktail, with the help of Puerto Rican mixologist Roberto Berdecia and Don Q rum. It’s available at most Van Leeuwen NYC locations while supplies last.
